Find a place where you'll see a lot of people. Based on what you are observing, how important is nonverbal communication?
Its very important because you can communicate faster in a lot of ways like waving instead of hello, smiling if you're happy. Maybe you'll kinda slouch and have your head down if you're grumpy or something ...
Things like handshakes and hugs also communicate a lot. Or you could glare at someone. Sometimes you see someone talking to a person, and you can just tell that they want to stop talk to that said person. Or if they're excited they might jump up and down or something.
