hockey practice today :)
i felt pretty good
nice conditioning
nice fexibility
good post to post movement
my glove hands gotten really better :D
which is awesome cuz it sucked and was pretty bad
so yea
pretty nice day
coah canceled practice cuz he was probably crying about how much we suck ... :) can blame him
we did get a 6-0 tie
